In October I was lucky enough to team up with some pretty awesome local wedding vendors to collaborate on a project in a stunning building I’ve been in love with for almost as long as I can remember!
After a bit of a site inspection and meeting with Tom from Mansfield and Stacy from D’Vine catering back in September, we began the planning stages of the shoot and started bringing some amazing vendors on board that all had the same vision for how everything would come together. After a month of planning the day arrived and we started setting up for what would be a truely epic day! The styling was on point, the venue spectacular, the food so incredibly delicious (so much so that there is a behind the scenes image of me with my head in a massive tub of chocolate mousse!), the gowns and accessories so beautiful and delicate. The impressed everyone withy their rumbling engines as they arrived, hair and make up was so on point, the love signs were so impressive and the models all brought their A game with them! Two of which had never modelled before and did so well on the day! Needless to say, it was a shoot to remember!
We started around midday and finished around 8pm, it was a shoot of grand proportions and I’m so stoked to have been involved with it!
Our aim was to showcase the Heritage beauty of Mansfield House (Which was built in 1887 as the CBC Bank) and what can be achieved in the space with some classic styling, with a slight modern twist. We wanted to showcase the incredible colours throughout the building with deep, rich reds and golds and some lush tropicals.
A huge thank you for everyone involved with this shoot! It will be a hard one to top!
